Previous FBAT/PBAT workshop
Refresh Mini course on basic genetics and genetic analysis, 10th May afternoon (optional, free for the refistered participants)
If you are the one who would like to learn FBAT/PBAT methods, but
"I am not quite sure about the differences between association and linkage."
"I am not familiar with 'intraclass-, within-, between-family variations' and 'score statistics'."
What is copy number variation, and the difference with SNPs?
...... then you are a candidate for the mini course for ice-breaking.
